What is Fitness?

How do you define it?
What makes you feel healthy?
Does a 'technical' definition such as "work capacity over broad time and modal domains" mean that much to you?
It should!

Life is short. We only get one body. If you want to take care of it this above definition of fitness will be the key to maximizing your body as a tool to allow you to do all the things you enjoy doing for much longer in a much more efficient way.
